FSF 3/4U
We did a full 2 blackboard review lesson and note all about pronouns and spent some time improving the "roue des pronoms". We had an extra long class because of the OSSLT gr. 10 Literacy test, but we do enjoy French class together so much that time went by quickly. We were lucky enough to have a visitor - an exchange student from Montreux, Switzerland - who talked with us about the differences between Parkside and Canada and his home and school. He showed us his house and town and school using the internet and told us about the wonderful, fun, world-famous Montreux Jazz Festival. We also had time to watch some of the DVD "Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis"
3U: Make sure you finish cahier pgs. 23 - 26 for Friday (tomorrow).
4U: Work on 2 mind-maps: one for le subjonctif that you will be able to use for the summary test of the subjonctive next Thurs. April 15 and one to brainstorm about "l'école du rêve" - an ideal school. Possible topics/sub-topics are: le bâtiment, les salles de classes, le curriculum, l'équipment, le personnel (les étudiants, les professeurs etc.), ETC...
