- We had a fire drill today. Students were well-behaved and responsible.
- took up cahier handout pages 1 & 3 and discussed.
- Filled in cahier handout pg. 4, chose and started to practise roles for dialogue.
- les devoirs: Practise your part of the dialogue.
- le but d'apprentissage: Comment décrire les gens.
- Handed in project: "Qui est _nom_?" (good copy and all planning work). Students who did not submit their work today will need to complete the note for a late assignment. See poster in classroom or my blog posting labelled "Late Assignments" for details.
- Made poster of outline for "Sonja Parisé" paragraph.
- Journal/blog assignment: gave handout and went over it together. Due le 16 décembre.
- les adjectifs: handouts to help prepare for test. Complete ex. A, B & C for le jeudi 29 septembre.
- les devoirs: les adjectifs: test le vendredi 30 septembre. Complete handout ex. A, B & C.
- Choose format of your journal and may start first entry "Mon Introduction".

- Cyrano de Bergerac Acte I scène 4. Finish reading in small groups, do a short summary and list important vocabulary.
- Finished watching film "La Grande Séduction" and discussed (un peu).
- Journal/Blog: les sujets de la semaine (suggéré, pas obligatoire) Etre beau ou être intelligent?/ La Grande Séduction/ Terry Fox
- Les verbes de la semaine: card game to study.
- les devoirs: Re-read Cyrano Acte I scène 4 and study verbs.
