Note: On Friday Oct. 8, for movie time, students will be allowed to bring in a snack.  If they intend to share the snack with other students, it must fit in the HWDSB Nutrition Policy. Please bring only snacks that are easy to eat neatly (i.e. no mess!).

FSF 1D
  • Journal/blog: suggested topic: "Mon meilleur trait de caractére est..."
  • test: les adjectifs.  Had a few minutes to review first.
  • When done, did "wrap-ups" as vocabulary building and vocabulary sheet "les verbes réléchis".
  • Distributed a copy of HWDSB information on Nutrition Policy.
  • Devoirs: Add to la page des idées (brainstorming sheet) for Ma Journée.  Write at least 10 things that would happen on an ideal or horrible day.  Use as much French as possible.
FSF 2D
  • Journal/blog: suggested topic: "Mon meilleur trait de caractére est..."
  • Worked in groups to read chapitre 3, partie 1 of "La machine à rajeunir" pgs. 21 - 24 using photocopies to highlight in 3 colours (Eng., know, look up), looked up words that didn't know, added those words to the beige vocabulary sheets already in binder, read aloud together and started cahier pgs. 18, 19, 20 (we will complete them next week when we finish reading the chapter.).
  • Devoirs: Finissez étape 4 du projet "l'incident au passé".
FSF 1P
  • Lesson and note: les pronoms sujets using livre pg.12, the SmartBoard, the window, examples and discussion.  Quiz tomorrow.
  • cahier pg. 9 written and also done orally.
  • Devoirs: cahier pg. 17 partie 1 if not completed yesterday, fiche #6 and prepare a reference sheet for tomorrow's quiz.
