  • journal/blog: suggested topic: Les choses que j'aime.
  • les adjectifs: test Thurs.Oct.7: Use handouts: Les adjectifs importants pour le test and the 2 practice activities to help you study.
  • Une Journée à mon goût: livre pgs.16-17.  Listened to CD, read in groups, did "As-tu compris?" questions orally.
  • Started brainstorming sheet "la page des idées" for next paragraph: Ma Journée by finding and adapting and writing sentences from livre 16 -17 that you could use to describe your ideal day.
  • Devoirs: Prepare for adjective test (see above).
FSF 2D
  • journal/blog: suggested topic: Les choses que j'aime.
  • Reviewed l'imparfait vs. le passé composé using 2 handouts, board, SmartBoard, tutorial groups, examples, etc.
  • Work on project: Un incident dans mon passé.  We reviewed the steps on the handout and how to use the writing process to improve your work. 
  • Devoirs: 1. Study l'imparfait vs. le passé composé: repeated, habitual action vs. one-time or specific time actions in the past for tomorrow's quiz.  2.  Complete step 3 of project.
FSF 1P
  • Handed in 3 personal strategies to do better in class.
  • Took up fiche #5: faire and did conversation with partner.
  • Did game: fiche #8 with questions and answers about activities. 5 students won Hallowe'en pencils.
  • Devoirs: fiche #11: avoir and fiche #12: Des préférences.
  • Good class today.  Nice participation and effective co-operative learning.
