FIF 3U
  • le but d'apprentissage:  Comment parler d'une histoire courte.
  • Discussion in groups about questions handout for La Parure.  Took own notes.
  • Started project for La Parure - handout.  May work alone or in a group.  Due le jeudi 23 février.
  • les devoirs: La Parure - work on project.
FSF 1D
  • le but d'apprentissage:  Comment décrire quelqu'un.
  • Reviewed and practised using adjectives to describe people and things - game - Tic-tac-toe, 6 coins - discussion, review lesson, handout, then small project - Venn diagram to describe self and a friend - differences and similariies - 8 sentences in each section (Je suis..., Mon ami/amie est..., Nous sommes...) - due tomorrow.

    •  prepare for test - les adjectifs le vendredi 24 février
FSF 2D
  • le but d'apprentissage: Comment mieux lire.
  • Checked homework (chapter 1 - Highlighting words known and need to look up)and reminded that projects (Le commencement de FSF 2D et Marcher dans mes souliers) are over-due.  Reminder - late projects must include the late note (see blog posting and/or small handout) and make sure you follow directions on the assignment sheet to complete all of it properly.
  • rechauffement - Quick discussion "Comment était le weekend?"
  • activité - 6 coins - décrivez quelqu'un célebre.
  • La Machine à rajeunir - in groups did summaries of Chapter 1.
  • les devoirs: 20 - 30 min - re-read chapter 1 or other review and studying.
