FIF 3U
- le but d'apprentissage: Comment parler du passé.
- on own or quietly with partner or small group :
• Handout – le passé – fill in blanks with correct form of verb
• Handouts – les problems – read lesson and examples, then do activity. Should check answers using answer keys posted on back bulletin board.
• Finish preparing story poster from yesterday (some are stored in cupboard behind teacher desk). Help each other with corrections.
- les devoirs: Any work not completed in class. Review various forms of verbs in past tense.
FSF 1D

- on own or quietly with a partner or small group:
a. 2 handouts – le passé compose. May check answers using answer keys posted at back of classroom.
b. Reading: l’article “Les monstres à travers les siècles”. Continued to use highlighters (2 or 3 different colours) to help read the article, then read it carefully and answered all questions at the end. Handout was given yesterday.
- les devoirs: Finish reading article and answer questions. Prepare for quiz Thurs. – le passé compose + avoir + les verbes réguliers.
FSF 2D
- le but d'apprentissage: Comment parler du passé.
- Worked quietly with partner or group or on own. Any work not finished in class is homework (except chapter 2 handout questions).
a. Handout: l’imparfait – from yesterday – checked and corrected own work from answer keys posted on bulletin board at side of room.
b. New handout: l’imparfait – la formation – pre-quiz to help prepare for quiz tomorrow. May check answers from answer keys posted on bulletin board at side of room.
c. Finish reading chapter 2 of text: La machine à rajeunir. Do the “As-tu compris?” questions then start on the handout. This does not need to be completed for homework.
- les devoirs: Prepare for quiz (l’imparfait – la formation) tomorrow. Re-read the second half of chapter 2.
