  • le but d'apprentissage: Comment avoir une discussion d'un livre.
  • Completed self-assessment of learning skills for mid-semester.  Set goals and action plan for rest of semester.
  • Handed in questions about article "Liban" with late note if not handed in on Fri. Apr. 13 due date.
  • Work time in class: La route de Chlifa - in literature circles - see handout from last week.  Reading, discussion questions and notes, handout questions.  Should be finishing to end of pg. 55 soon.
  • Optional: prepare for re-test le passé composé, l'imparfait, le plus-que-parfait tomorrow.  Note: if you choose to do the re-test, that mark will count.
  • les devoirs: Re-read section of La route de Chlifa.  Aim to finish to end of pg. 55.

  • Speaking review of l'imparfait vs. le passé composé/ les évenements habituels vs. les évenements specifiques using handout of key words using creating a word cloud using Wordle.  Topic: les évenements à l'école elementaire.
  • La machine à rajeunir: ch.5 Read in groups and answer questions (3 pages on handouts).
  • les devoirs: Prepare for quiz tomorrow: l'imparfait vs. le passé composé/ les évenements habituels vs. les évenements specifiques.
