learning goal: We are learning about narration through fairy tales and ballads.

• Continued discussion about ballads and narration today. 
• In groups, continued discussion of pages 24 - 25 Questions 1 - 10 from handout and took notes.
• Started work on own ballad. Discussed assignment and success criteria. Time to work in class. We are booked into the computer lab on Thurs. Sept. 24 to be able to type up own ballad.
• Homework:  Work on your ballad - choose a topic and brainstorm some ideas.

le but d'apprentissage (learning goal): Nous apprenons comment faire un blogue.

• Mon Blogue/journal: working in the library to finish setting up blogs and to write the first entry. See handout given Friday for details. 
• When finished blog entry for this week, can do Duolingo , #PARISDIY or Free Rice trivia game 
• les devoirs: Should be spending 15 - 20 minutes daily on French home study Monday through Thursday. If all class work is completed, follow suggestions in:  Home Study extras
