Reminder: Bring laptops, netbooks etc. if you wish on Monday for vocab. practice activities.

- test: les prépositions et les noms géographiques. Students were allowed to use their note.
- dû: activités de vocabulaire pour "la machine à rajeunir" - paper and interactive. They must be turned in TODAY so that I can prepare them for our vocab. practice day Monday. We looked at the resources in our First Class conference.
- Watched DVD Benjamin Button.
- Devoirs:
- Complete and hand in vocabulary activities for "La machine à rajeunir" (in person or e-mail beverly.kukhta-jackson@hwdsb.on.ca).
- Study vocabulary over the weekend. Test is on Tues.Nov.30 and you can't learn it all in one day.
- Work on written composition "Mon personnage favori" if you are behind. Due Tues.Nov.30.

- Did some goal-setting using Report Card response page: What specific actions will you do to increase your success for the rest of this semester?
- Took up the pre-test for le passé composé + être and had some class time to review/practise before the test. Looked at web site "Tex's French Grammar" and especially "L'Alamo d'être".
- Watched DVD Les Vacances de M.Bean.
- Pas de devoirs pour la fin de semaine, BUT:
- Moi-même projet dû le 30 nov.
- Review/practise le passé composé if not 100% confident that you know it.

- dû: Ma Ville/Station de Vacances idéale - sketch. See yesterday's post for details.
- Choose EITHER
- good copy of map Ma Ville/Station de Vacances idéale
- OR conversation/dialogue based on cahier pg. 50
- for final assessment for this unit. Due Wed. Dec. 1.
- Time to work in class on above assessment.
- Watched DVD Les Vacances de M. Bean.
- Pas de devoirs pour la fin de semaine (unless you are behind in your work).
