- Watched and described Avez vous déjà vu - Un crime pas parfait du tout & Avez-vous déjà vu ? : Nuf Nuf à l'école des charcutiers
- Le songage: Les goûts de notre classe - reading, speaking and writing activity. Continue sharing food expressions in English and equivalent in French in class on chart paper.
- Short composition. Use success criteria. Use editing tools such as Bon Patron to create good copy. May be created on Google Drive - be sure to name document using your full name and FSF2D as part of the title and make sure to copy and paste the draft before editing into good copy.
- Blogue - should have at least 2 entries done by the end of this week, and preferably 3.

- Note: classes have been adjusted. As of Fri Feb 19, ENG2D are in room 107 with Ms.Tofano and ENG1D is in room 316 with Ms.K-J.
- Examining writing style/language analysis - The Tell-Tale Heart - Details on handout distributed in class Friday. Choose 6 - 8 you find most important. Write a good copy to submit Thurs. Feb. 25. Can be submitted through Google Drive - make sure title includes name of assignment, your full name and FSF1D. Share with me: bkukhtaj@hwdsb.on.ca
- test Thurs. Feb. 25 - elements of short stories - reviewed lesson handout and gave questions. See photo for summary of discussion. May bring in the handouts of the 4 stories studied to the test as long as there aren't notes written on them. Time in class to prepare.
- Homework: Get in the habit of doing 20 - 30 minutes of English homework every night Monday to Thursday. Review lessons, extend your knowledge or read.
- Writing style/language analysis for The Tell-Tale Heart good copy due Thurs Feb 25. See above for details.
- test - short stories (elements and all 4 studied) on Thurs. Feb. 25.
- Independent reading. Bring a book to read quietly in class for any time that you finish your class work early. Read regularly at home.
