FIF 2D
le but d'apprentissage (learning goal): Nous apprenons comment mieux écrire et lire.
  • computer lab 319 today.  Work on your choice of activities below:
    • blog - write an entry for this week 
      • catch up on previous entries (should have completed at least 2 and preferably 3 entries)
      • set up blog if not already done
      • set up a small network of 2 - 6 friends - follow each other's blogs, read a couple of entries each week and leave a positive comment
    • Duolingo 
    • find review lessons, practice activities or games for le passé composé or other grammar topic
    • Do some research (in French) on Cyrano de Bergerac and Edmond Rostand.
    • Find a good French song video.  Check with teacher to ensure that it is appropriate for school.  Work with a partner to make a fill-in-the-blank sheet with the lyrics as a listening/cultural activity (see previous sheets for models and include an answer key).  Develop it to present to your class.
  • les devoirs:  Should be spending about 20 min a day on review/finishing work.
    • journal/blog entry for this week - suggested topics: la journée pédagogique
    • Students are always encouraged to watch a favourite DVD in French (no subtitles), play some French games on internet, do Duolingo , watch French TV, read a blog entry & write a positive comment from your class blog network, read some French articles, magazines, books or newspapers (hard copy or on-line), practice numbers or review some French.

Checked for completion today - done, checked and corrected using the answer keys posted in the classroom and at les verbes au present - les reponses  Try to use logic and look for patterns to learn the verb forms  Don't just copy the answers.  Test tomorrow.
