FSF 1D  
le but d'apprentissage (learning goal): Nous apprenons comment montrer du respect.
  • Discussed why not to use Google translate (or other computer translation tools) and watched video Fresh Prince: Google Translation.  Showed how to use WordReference on-line dictionary & Linguee on-line dictionary (good for expressions) & Bescherelle (verb conjugations).
  • did activity "Soyez respectueux - comment le montrer" to set the norms of our class.  We will complete the posters tomorrow.
  • Gave reference sheet with verbs and numbers.  Distributed handout of puzzles with numbers to complete for tomorrow.
  • les devoirs:
    • Get permission form for "Chef à l'école" signed.  Must be returned by class time on Wed. Feb. 5 or you will not be able to participate in this special activity.
