Journal/blogs are due today, May 17. See handout or separate blog posting for your class for details.  May submit electronically - received at my email beverly.kukhta-jackson@hwdsb.on.ca - by midnight to be considered on-time.  If late, must submit "late explanation form" - pick one up in the classroom.

  • Cyrano de Bergerac: quiz Acte III scènes 1 à 7 & could use handouts of résumés, questions, notes and crossword.  Discussed answers before doing quiz.
  • Presentation of Acte III scènes 8 - 14 on Tues May 21.
  • Pas de devoirs pour la longue fin de semaine if all caught up and Journal/blog is submitted.

  • Je vous présente... evaluated introductions of monster. 
  • Mon monstre: editing brouillon and writing good copy - used checklist and rubric. Follow directions carefully and help each other - be critical and kind.
  • Pas de devoirs pour la longue fin de semaine if all caught up and Journal/blog is submitted. Mon monstre - bonne copie - due Fri May 17, but can be handed in anytime by Wed. May 22 not late.

  • Au revoir les enfants:
    • Scènes 27 - 31 - took up and discussed questions, handed in résumés - brief summary of each scene - point form is fine, one sentence or point per page should be enough.
