FSF 1D1 exam was this morning. In the middle of marking them and so far the students are doing well. Good preparation of the reference sheet was key to good results.
Please note: The Student Success room (301) is open from 11 am - 1 pm every day this week for students needing to complete work not yet submitted.

We went over the mini-exams in detail and gave tips to help prepare for the exam.
The mini-exam and the answers are posted in our First Class conference to help students study.
We also did an evaluation of the course - what students liked, didn't like and suggestions for improvement.
Study wisely this weekend. Get good nutrition and sleep. Do some exercise. Stay healthy.

We continued working on the mini-exam and preparing the reference sheets. We will take up the mini-exam tomorrow.
Anyone who has not yet completed their oral exam must do so as soon as possible.
We relaxed a bit for the last 15 minutes of class by watching a DVD in French.
Be sure to complete and hand in any overdue work to ensure success in your courses.

We finished the oral exams today. If you chose to record your story/reading passage, please complete and e-mail it in to Ms. K-J today. Continue work on the mini-exam and reference sheet to prepare for the final exams which will be written next week. Mini-exam is due Fri Jan 21 and will be checked.

Oral exams in all classes today and tomorrow if needed. Follow guidelines on handout given last Mon.Jan.10 and also posted in our First Class conference. We are booked into the computer lab for yesterday and today.
