Journal/blog was due Fri. May 13. Please refer to handout and/or post on my blog and also to post for procedures for late assignment for more details.

It is very important to do the work assigned to you in class and to finish it at home if not completed to be able to learn the material in your courses.  You are responsible for your own learning and the teacher can help,  but you must actively participate.

  • le but d'apprentissage: Comment utliser les verbes reflechis avec les pronoms.
  • lesson and practise using handout previously given - pg. 39 ex. E and F - l'imperatif - affirmatif et negatif - des verbes reflechis avec les pronoms d'objets.
  • Au Revoir les Enfants: should finish to end of scene 46 - reading and questions.  Returned test for scenes 1 - 10.
  • Talked about importance of an organized binderI will be checking binders next week.
  • Devoirs:  20 - 30 min.  Reading, review of les verbes reflechis, organize binder.
FIF 3U

  • le but d'apprentissage: Comment utiliser le subjonctif - un sommaire.
  • le subjonctif: Students continued Carte-Concept - own version using large paper, markers or computer. Test: le subjonctif ou l'indicatif Wed. May 18 - la formation, les expressions, mais pas les conjonctions.
  • Jean de Florette: should complete ch. 12.
  • Devoirs: 20 - 30 min. reading, le subjonctif - try internet sites such as "Tex's French Grammar" or others listed on this blog, or found by searching.
