le but d'apprentissage (learning goal): Nous apprenons le français pratique.

  • écoute DELF A1, pg.13 activité 5
  • les cartes de conversation & mon dictionnaire personnel -  la nourriture - vocabulary development and speaking activity to start preparing for oral exam
  • lesson: le passé composé - SmartBoard note, discussion, examples, oral, handouts - 1st page only.  Keep the handout package safely in your binder as we will be using it for several days, and you will need it to study for the exam.
  • les devoirs: Complete 1st page of le passé handout package if not completed in class.

  • Mon Portfolio Personnel: was due - Fri. Dec. 7. Final due date: tomorrow Dec 14. Must hand in with late note - see blog posting "late assignments" for details. Only 8 students handed in their portfolio on time.
  • OSSD - le diplôme de l'école secondaire - handout question package and booklets (to be used in class only).  Dû le 20 déc.  If working at home, all information is available at: Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board - course calendar.  You may also need to check in the "programs" section of the web site.
  • "l'entretien" (job interview).
    • Watched video clip of interview from "la Poursuite de Bonheur".
    • Use assignment package with assessment and lesson details. Follow details on "grille d'évaluation" and on board. Must do 2 interviews - one good, one bad. Can use same questions (at least 5) for both interviews. Must change roles - once as employer, once as candidate. If in a group of 3, each person must still be employer and candidate - do 3 separate interviews, or be creative.
    • Work time. Will have some work time Thurs and Fri and Mon.
    • Presentations will be Dec 18 - live or video.
  • Curriculum vitae (le C.V.) work time.
    • Students received 2 handout packages. Must follow the directions in the assessment package (the one with the rubric). The other one is to help prepare. It is due on Fri. Dec. 14. Must work diligently as there is no further time available for us in the computer lab before the due date. Speak to Ms. K-J if the lack of computer time will be a problem.
