FSF 1P

le but d'apprentissage (learning goal): Nous apprenons le français practique.
  • Handout: les mots interrogatifs:  Work on own to complete this paper as best possible. May use the notes in binder to help figure out the answers. Hand in when done for assessment.
  • Handout: Café des Délices: Work on own to complete this paper as best possible. Don’t need to use notes to complete it. Hand in when done for assessment.
  • Handout: les verbes partir & sortir: Work on own or quietly with a partner to complete this paper as best possible. Must be working diligently. Should be able to use the mini-lessons on the pages to help figure out the answers. Whatever they not finished in class should be completed for homework. I will be checking it tomorrow.
  • If all done, may work on puzzle booklet “la nourriture” from the basket on the shelf below the window (purple cover). Work on that in class, but the booklets must be returned to remain in the classroom.
  • Les devoirs (homework): Spend up to about 20 min working on verb handout if not finished in class.  Think about more words to add to your personal dictionary.

  • Cyrano de Bergerac: Acte IV scènes 1 à 5 - quiz.
  • Les pronoms d'objet:
    • les cartes d'apprentissage et de travail. Tracking sheet and cards - to be done orally or written, with partner or on own. Keep track of cards finished and scores.  Will be handing in the card tomorrow before the test.
    • pre-test - answers posted at back of room.  Will be handing in the pre-test tomorrow before the test.
    • Test: le vendredi 7 décembre.
    • Students are allowed to use a 1/2 letter size reference note for the test - bright green paper given yesterday.
  • Work time - les pronoms & Cyrano
  • les devoirs: 20 - 30 min les pronoms - practice and study. Test - les pronoms d'objets demain.

Book recommendation: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, Sean Covey. Might be a good Christmas, holiday or birthday present.
