Site of the day: Mimic Method French: Can It Help You Improve Your Pronunciation?

    • Exam is Tues. January 26 at 10 am - 12 in room 316
    • Culminating Activity: In Library today and tomorrow. Time to work. Follow assignment requirements, format, timelines and assessment. Assignment sheet link  Presentation schedule We will be in the library tomorrow and Friday. Plan to have your presentation mostly complete for Monday Jan. 11 to rehearse in class. Small handout (1/2 page summary) must be submitted the day before your presentation to allow time for photocopying, or just put it in Google Drive and share the link.
    • Homework:
      • Work on culminating presentation. Presentations begin January 11.
      • Bring a book to read quietly in class for any time that you finish your class work early. Read regularly at home.

    • Exams: speaking Wed. Jan. 13 in class (see handout already given)
      • listening Tues. Jan. 19 in class
      • reading & writing Wed. Jan. 27 at 10 am - 12 in room 316
    • écoute: DELF A2 activities - handout (pages 17-18)
    • le pronom d'objet direct - lesson, examples, handout lesson, group discussion, practice activities (do and check own answers using photos below) - then say the correct answers aloud with a friend. Finish the handout package for Mon. Jan. 11.
    • les devoirs: Should be spending 15 - 20 minutes daily on French home study Monday through Thursday. If all class work is completed, follow suggestions in:  Home Study extras - try 6 Must-know sites for Valuable French Grammar Lessons
        • le pronom d'objet direct - handouts due Mon. Jan. 11 (see above)
        • Prepare for oral exam (see above)
