  • library orientation session
  • looked at several sites: this blog, Digital Dialects (link is in Recommended websites at the right) and YouTube videos of Rémi Gaillard
  • Pas de devoirs pour la fin de semaine.
    • get your binder organized with dividers.
    • Get signature on course outline if not already done.

  • checked handout to see if done - le passé composé & l'imparfait.  Most students did not complete the work, so must do it on the weekend.  Discussed the difference in doing the work for the teacher or for your parents, and the maturity of working/studying for yourself.
  • DVD: Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis
  • Pas de devoirs pour la fin de semaine (unless not finished handout and note for le passé composé/l'imparfait.

  • Project "La musique dans ma vie"(written) OR "La mesur du succes"(oral or written presentation)due today or Monday.
  • Jigsaw activity: Did short presentations about most important facts learned about yourself in doing this project and took notes.  Purpose: being able to do a short, informal presentation, taking summary notes from oral presentations, getting to know your classmates better.
  • Pas de devoirs pour la fin de semaine, unless project isn't finished:  "La musique dans ma vie"(written) OR "La mesur du succes"(oral or written presentation). Choose one of the projects. Due Fri. Sept. 14, but may be handed in on Mon. Sept 17 if you need to finish it on the weekend.
