    • submit notes from guest speaker yesterday if not already submitted (Cricket from SACHA)
    • film: Speak. small reflection (due Wed. May 25 - submitted on paper or in Dropbox) to compare book and film. Include an introduction (title, year released, "based on the book Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson"), give it a rating (choose your own system) and address these 2 questions: 
      • Did you like the film? Why or why not?
      • Did you prefer the book or the film? Why?
    • Shakespeare and Twelfth Night 
    • Homework: Get in the habit of doing 20 - 30 minutes of English homework every night Monday to Thursday. Review lessons, extend your knowledge or read.
      • Reflection for Speak film/book due Wed. May 25.
      • Character Sketch for Twelfth Night due Fri. May 27.
      • Independent reading. Bring a book to read quietly in class for any time that you finish your classwork early. Read regularly at home.
