learning goal: We are learning about narration through fairy tales and ballads.
  • Worked on own ballad in computer lab. Follow guidelines on handout for assignment and success criteria using rubrics and checklist. Minimum length: 3 stanzas (12 lines) or 5 stanzas if working with a partner.  
    • Homework:  Work on your ballad -  Presentations Mon. Sept. 28. Written work due Tues. Sept. 29.
      • Bring a book to read quietly in class for anytime that you finish your class work early.
