le but d'apprentissage (learning goal): Comment donner les directives.
  • l'impératif: How to tell someone to do something - Une course de relai - Worked on  making own course de relai with team (handout planning sheet) and started taking photos of each step to prepare for comic strip work in library on Wed.
  • les devoirs: work on relay race or puzzles in binder

le but d'apprentissage (learning goal): Comment parler des événements au passé.
  • DELF compréhension orale: did actvité 11 from package, niveau A2
  • finished compréhension écrite, activité 2 from previous handout
  • review lesson - l'imparfait et le plus-que-parfait - discussion and notes on board, then worked in groups to create posters of sentences using le passé composé & le plus-que-parfait (l'imparfait also if possible).  We will finish tomorrow.
  • le passé composé - handout package - continue work from yesterday. Does not have to be completed for Monday. Work on it in several sessions and make notes to help you remember it.  Answers are posted on the back bulletin board. There will be test Thurs Oct 4 (le passé composé, l'imparfait, le plus-que-parfait.)

le but d'apprentissage: Comment faire un curriculum vitae.
  • Mon portfolio - due Friday Sept 28 but not late if handed in today.  Must still be handed in, but must be accompanied by "late note explanation".  Use paper/poster in classroom or from blog post labelled "late assignments".
  • Worked on Curriculum vitae (le C.V.) in the library.  There is a good tool for building your CV on the Service Canada website. 
  • les devoirs: Curriculum Vitae - due Friday Oct 5.
