Contest opportunity for students studying French: Concours des dix mots

learning goal: We are learning how to understand Shakespeare.
  • Shakespeare: Romeo and Juliet
    • Reflection from oral presentations of Act. Good copy due yesterday - Tues. Nov. 24. Submit rubric and rough work also.
    • Act IV - V - Read and listened to CD and did multiple choice questions assessments.
    • Last task for Romeo and Juliet - choose one speech of at least 14 lines to practice out loud to present Fri. Nov. 27. Does not need to be memorized but must be fluent. May be presented live or on video.
  • Homework:
    • Reflection: assignment due yesterday.
    • Choose and practice own R&J speech presentation for Fri. Nov. 27. See above.
    • Bring a book to read quietly in class for any time that you finish your class work early. Read regularly at home.
