  • le but d'apprentissage:  Comment exprimer les opinions, les sentiments et les doutes.
  • La Route de Chlifa : Watched La Route de Chlifa - vidéo d'une école
    • content quiz (pgs. 15 – 32).  Did on own, then handed in. 
  • Le subjonctif des verbes avoir, être, aller, faire/ les verbes de volonté/ les expressions d’émotion – Handout note (legal size):  Went over the Leçon 14 Parties A, B & C and did the activities on the pages with a partner or small group This can be spread over 2 days. To be completed for Friday .
    •  Handout – le subjonctif – writing practice activities. Complete for Friday.
  • La Route de Chlifa : Continue reading. Finish discussion and written questions with partner or small group.  Prepare for next content quizzes;
    • Thurs. May 3 (pgs. 33-55)
    • Fri. May 4 (pgs. 59 – 76)
    • Organize your notes in your binder (title, date, complete, in order, neatly written, etc.)

  • le but d'apprentissage:  Comment parler des monstres.
  • Watched: Ma France: Adventure Sports B
  • Puzzles – handouts to help build vocabulary. These don’t have to be completed for tomorrow. Can be done later.
  • Brainstorming for own monsters: Fill in 2 handouts – idea sheet and also agenda with ideas for own monster. Words must be in French, but can also write in smaller letters in English to help remember them. Can work in groups to share ideas, but each student will complete own idea sheet. Pink handout reference packages to help them.
  • les devoirs : Work for 20 – 30 minutes on French. Complete work not done in class – but there will be class time Thursday also. Both brainstorming sheets need to be completed for Friday. Work on making your own monster (due Friday).
FSF 2D
  • le but d'apprentissage:  Comment dramatiser une histoire.
  • La machine à rajeunir:  Showed film made by another class a few years ago and further discussed success criteria.  Made own notes on what was good, not good and ideas for own film.  Continued working in groups to summarize a chapter of the novel that we read.  Target is to be ready for filming on Mon May 7, so should be working efficiently.
  • les devoirs:  20 – 30 minutes of French.  Perhaps search on internet for other videos of "La machine à rajeunir".
